Thinking of coming back
I'm trying to get my account information from NCSoft and wondering if its worth coming back or not. I played Guild Wars the day it was released, for a few months and quit. Didnt have time to play while I was in the Navy, then when I did I picked up playing WoW with some buddies...
Anyways being an original user, wondering if its worth waiting to get my account info back so i can get my 20s back, or if its better to just start anew? |

It's well worth the trouble getting your account back. You'll even have numerous mini pet presents waiting for you on your characters when you log back in (1 gift per year x 5 {the number of years GW has been out} x X {the number of characters you have}).

If you're thinking of coming back you might as well. It's not like there's a monthly fee or any other penalty. If you play for two hours and decide you never want to play it again all you've lost is those two hours.

How did you contact them? NCSoft support or ArenaNet email support?

I recommend that you contact Arena.Net via PlayNC.com. Here's a direct link.

it can take them awhile since their staff has been mostly moved over to work on GW2.
the hardest part is getting past the auto message w/ most of your problems/getting your account bk. after that things tend to go preety fast. |
